How does it work?

Each Plan includes monthly tokens to spend on the PassportPDF APIs and Apps.
Token consumption depends on the data transferred and the actions used. The more you use the different PassportPDF services, the more tokens you consume.
You can calculate the token consumption for each action on our API Reference page .
When you reach the monthly cap for your tokens, your PassportPDF APIs and Apps will stop until your next monthly tokens are added unless you choose to remove the spending cap by acquiring additional tokens.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan any time.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a recurring subscription, click "Stop auto-renewal" from the "My passports" section of your personal account page.
If you have several PassportPDF subscriptions, each subscription needs to be canceled by clicking the "Stop auto-renewal" button corresponding to each Passport.
Once you have canceled your subscription(s), you will access your PassportPDF services until the end of your monthly billing cycle.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time.
The subscription will no longer auto-renew, and it will cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.

Will my monthly subscription be automatically renewed?

The PassportPDF plans are recurring subscriptions billed each month and will continue until you cancel.

Can I subscribe for only one month?

Yes. You can cancel auto-renewal immediately after signing up, and you'll only be paying for the current billing cycle.

If I cancel my monthly paid subscription, do I still have access to the PassportPDF Free Plan afterward?

Yes, if you cancel any commercial subscription, you are still eligible for the PassportPDF Free Plan.

If I cancel my subscription, do I still have access to PassportPDF?

If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to your PassportPDF services until the end of your monthly billing cycle.
Let's take an example: if you bought your subscription on May 1^st, and you cancel it on June 10^th, you will still have access to your PassportPDF subscription until June 30^th. You won't be charged on July 1^st.
